Adolescent DBT groups

Link Therapy and Mediation, Bridging Hope Counseling, and Inside Out Life Development collaborate to offer DBT groups for both adolescent boys and girls. Dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) is a specialized therapy that can effectively address long-term struggles such as addiction, chaotic relationships, a sense of emptiness, emotions that consistently feel out-of-control, and a lack of coping skills. It is meant to help clients create a life worth living, one based on their personal values. Many individuals in our groups have seen a drastic decrease in both negative emotions and behaviors that lead to negative consequences.

Below are the current options for the adolescent groups. New members are able to join the group every month. Please call for more information about next start dates.

- Monday-girls (4:00 to 5:30 pm)
- Tuesday-girls (3:30 to 5:00 pm)

Intake is required. Call 763.244.4900 to schedule.

Groups are also available for adolescent boys, preteen girls, and women. For more information about these groups, please contact Bridging Hope Counseling @ 763-291-5505.
